The staff was pleasant and the room warm enough and well heated. I got free upgrade and loved it. The breakfast was fresh made overall. The whole experience was fairly nice.

Cozy hotel with best possible location and bright rooms. Venue was fairly clean, and the staff was simply helpful. A mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a seating area in the bedroom.

room was regular double, very well decorated, and staff was cordial. our room had a perfect bed and a captivating view. the full english breakfast was nice hot, had milk, jam, slices of fresh bread, pastries and cheese. the jazz bar was cozy and the drinks were hot.

We loved it, its rooms and location. Nice building, clean and excellent bedroom. The amazing area was good for vacations. Wonderful dishes in an affordable restaurant. Overall a decent stay - extraordinarily good value for money, considering prices in other hotels.

Varied breakfast, well maintained pool, very very NICE staff. I loved well-equipped room I was given. They made my stay nice. Friendly service throughout the hotel. Situated in an downtown area. Plus I reached pirin street in 5 minutes by foot.
Disappointing aspect was dirty bathroom.
